  現(xiàn)在再認真思考這個問題,我們覺得,做為從業(yè)人員有責任、有義務(wù),也必須為游客提供更為輕松、快樂的旅游時光。坦誠的說,今年7、8兩個暑期月份下來,在我們質(zhì)檢回訪過程中,所發(fā)現(xiàn)存在質(zhì)量問題的,游客投訴到公司的也絕不僅此兩例。

  我們總結(jié)分析下來,存在質(zhì)量問題的主要是散客出游群體,暑期質(zhì)量問題一般容易出現(xiàn)在車輛空調(diào)不好,某些導游態(tài)度存在問題,以及住房條件較差等方面。目前旅行社的存在方式大體上分為三類,一類是組團旅行社,我們**就是這樣類型的旅行社,面向終端客戶收取客源;一類是地接旅行社,主要接待外地游客來本地旅游;第三類是同行批發(fā)旅行社,如揚州蘇之旅旅行社,儀征旅行社同行受制于客源量問題,收到游客報名后,無法獨立發(fā)團,只能交給這樣的批發(fā)旅行社統(tǒng)一發(fā)團。這種現(xiàn)狀就導至了組團旅行社對散客質(zhì)量的掌控從很大程度上受制于同行批發(fā)旅行社,從某種程度上來說,儀征散客出游,選擇哪家旅行社報名的差別是不大的,唯一的.區(qū)別所在是旅行社經(jīng)營者的思路,以及遇質(zhì)量投訴后,規(guī)模大一些的旅行社對批發(fā)旅行社的牽制能力會更強一些,僅此兩點而已。

  關(guān)乎旅游質(zhì)量還有一個很重要的點,就是導游,景點美不美,全靠導游一張嘴。好的導游除了在講解上會更為精彩外,對于游客心理的把握能力通常也會很強,會有較強的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力,而目前導游的生存狀態(tài)基本上都是以兼職為主,這種生存狀態(tài),也從很大程度上導致了其責任心的下降,因其兼職故而也缺少有效的服務(wù)技能培訓。旅行社不是不想有自己的全職導游,而是因為旅游業(yè)的季節(jié)性特別強,旺季再多導游也不夠用,進入12月份以后的3個月淡季對于小旅行社而言,可能1個導游都嫌多,這個微利行業(yè)人力成本應該是最大的成本了,所以這種季節(jié)性的特點也導致旅行社不敢、不能用過多的全職導游。我們公司目前全職導游有16名,在揚州地區(qū)算得上是規(guī)模龐大的一支導游隊伍了,但也只能應對平常季節(jié)的客流量,遇上旺季,也只能望洋興嘆,比如貼子中所提到的西安團隊,就是一個主要由兼職導游帶隊的團隊。
